The Ashram is marked by more than just academics and celebration; it is an annual call to the outdoors.
This year, our students and faculty embarked on a rigorous 7 km trek from Songadh to the historic sites of Kakali Meldi and Vakya Hanuman. Secluded within a landscape of towering peaks and dense, ancient forests, this region offers a masterclass in nature’s architecture.
Departing at 07:00, the group navigated a challenging monsoon terrain. The path led through rising streams and rugged mountain trails, testing the endurance and spirit of our young explorers.
Upon arrival, the forest served as a natural hall for Van-Bhojan — a traditional communal meal shared in the open air.
The day was defined by a complete immersion in the elements — from spirited games on the forest floor to refreshing dips in the mountain rivers.
This journey was designed to be more than a simple excursion; it was a profound encounter with the wilderness, reminding our students of the resilience and serenity found in the lap of nature.
