At the Ashram, the dining hall is more than just a place to eat — it is a center for health, tradition and hospitality. A balanced mind starts with a balanced plate, so our mess runs with professional precision and deep-rooted Jain values.
Everyone prays together before every meal, turning the dining hall into a space of gratitude.
Seating is arranged group-system wise, reinforcing our house spirit at every sitting.
Food is served by sub-groups (tukdi) on a rotating cycle, so every student learns the value of service.
Menus are crafted under the expert guidance of qualified nutritionists, ensuring every meal is calorie-rich and perfectly balanced for growing students.
We periodically host seminars for students and staff to build awareness about healthy eating habits and the science of nutrition.
Five times a month (5th, both 8ths & both 14ths) green vegetables are replaced with protein-packed pulses, served with jaggery or traditional murabba.
Once a month the kitchen prepares a “Misht-Bhojan” with delicacies like Churma Ladoo, Fulwadi, Puri and Dal-Bhat.
Monthly, we serve Shree Manibhadra Veer ni Sukhdi as a special offering to the students.
From Dhokla and Muthiya to Pani Puri, Ragda Patties and Idli-Sambhar, our farsan menu keeps students happy.
Specialized Chouvihaar arrangements for pilgrims travelling to and from the holy site of Palitana.
Dedicated meal arrangements for Sadhus and Sadhvi Bhagwants, honoring our commitment to spiritual service.
